JORGE ELBRECHT

After years of releasing music under his projects Lansing-Dreiden and Violens, Costa Rica-born, Los Angeles-based producer, songwriter and mix engineer Jorge Elbrecht is now focused on collaborating with renowned and globally celebrated artists.

Most notably, he mixed Japanese Breakfast’s Grammy nominated third studio album '“Jubilee”, co-wrote, produced and mixed Sky Ferreira’s singles “Downhill Lullaby” and “Don’t Forget” from her highly anticipated, upcoming album Masochism, and co-wrote Aly & AJ’s “feel-good album of the summer” (Vogue). Elbrecht also co-wrote, produced, and mixed No Joy’s fourth record Motherhood—an album that reached No. 3 on the Billboard Alternative New Artist chart, as well as co-writing, producing and mixing Hatchie’s critically acclaimed album “Giving The World Away”. 

Elbrecht has also done a number of impressive Atmos mixes, including the most recent albums of Angel Olson, Weyes Blood, as well as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Grammy-nominated record “Cool It Down”.

In 2022 he signed to Secretly Publishing and is now working across a number of projects, including new music with Babe Rainbow and Sedona.
